About the Role

At Beekeeper’s Naturals, we strongly believe in the power of influencers and have built a loyal network of ambassadors to communicate our mission and increase awareness of our products. We’re looking for a highly-motivated Influencer Marketing Intern to help expand our influencer program, assist with day-to-day communications, and product seeding initiatives. You’ll build & engage with our influencer community, identify & report on industry trends & creator feedback, and provide reports on program progress while continuing to evolve the program to be cutting edge.

​Our ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, is on the pulse of influencer trends, understands what makes creators tick and is driven by data and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage tools like Grin, Hype Auditor, TikTok and Tribe to discover new and existing ambassadors within key demographics and categories
  • Assist in influencer outreach, utilizing CRM tools to facilitate day-to-day communication
  • Provide brand onboarding and education to new partners, when required
  • Establish and deepen existing relationships to build brand loyalty
  • Support gifting for influencers, including placing and fulfilling orders, shipping and timely delivery
  • Monthly follow-up with influencers to maintain relationships & re-stocks
  • Assist quarterly surprise and delight influencer shipments
  • Utilize CRM tool to facilitate day-to-day communication with influencers
  • Daily update of Tribe influencer tracking platform, ensuring accurate tracking of programs and launches
  • Weekly/quarterly reporting of results
  • Keep a pulse on the ever-changing social media landscape, spotting industry and cultural moments and emerging technology

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or working towards one
  • CRM software management experience like Grin, Hype Auditor, Tribe Dynamics preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulous organizational & analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of the social media and influencer landscape (across Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, etc)
  • Data and performance driven
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment; works well under pressure and can meet multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enjoys building and maintaining positive relationships, both internally and externally
  • Hands-on approach with strong ability to problem solve, coordinate, and prioritize
  • Able to execute independently but also enjoys a collaborative and creative work environment
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and comfortable in excel
  • An entrepreneurial spirit - you enjoy building, creating and being hands on.
