Cue, Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time Warehouse Lead. The Team Lead is responsible for leading a group of employees in a specific function/task. They are responsible for supervision and training of a group of employees to complete tasks within their area of skill and expertise. This role may hold dual responsibilities of leading a team and performing specific tasks/function like that of the team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams for inventory control, shipping and receiving activities in one of Cue’s cGMP facilities

  • Master the use of our new ERP system for all warehousing transactions and processes

  • Work with manufacturing to efficiently move materials into work cells

  • Work with customers both internal and external to provide excellent service in delivery of materials

  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and transactions

  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and report to management

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 4+ years high volume warehouse and inventory management experience

  • Familiarity with desktop software such as MS Office, etc.

  • Experience mentoring and teaching others

  • Experience in IVD/Med Device industry is preferred

  • Proficiency with ERP system software required (NetSuite is a plus)

  • Competency with manufacturing and production work-flow

  • Experience with Lean Principles, Six-Sigma, and/or 5s

  • Pre-employment drug screening will be required as part of our application process prior to hiring a forklift driver or someone in a role that may be asked to transport goods on behalf of the company

Environment and Physical Activities/Requirements:

  • You will work in an indoor warehouse environment, which may occasionally be noisy, subject to climate and humidity requirements, and hazardous substances. This position requires the following physical activities and/or requirements:

    • Remaining in a stationary or sedentary position, often standing and/or sitting for prolonged periods of time

    • Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another, including possibly tight or confined spaces

    • Reaching, crouching, or stooping

    • Repeating motions, such as keyboarding, that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers

    • Adjusting, moving, carrying, lifting, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 pounds

    • Operating machinery, power tools, motor vehicles, and/or heavy equipment

    • Ascending or descending ramps, ladders and/or stairs

    • Communicating with others to exchange information

    • Visual acuity, including peripheral vision

The estimated base compensation range for this role is shown below. This range is based upon current market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay will be determined in accordance with a candidate's location, skills, expertise, background, experience, and other relevant factors. $17.31 - $28.85
