Kettle and Fire is looking for an experienced Senior Finance Analyst to play a crucial role in guiding our financial decisions and strategies. You will be responsible for compiling and analyzing financial data, forecasting trends, and providing insights that support the company’s objectives. You will partner with leaders in reviewing and reporting monthly outcomes, while continually assessing performance and addressing concerns and working toward solutions. This position reports to the Senior Director of Finance. It is a full-time, first shift position that is remote. There may be minimal travel.

As the Senior Finance Analyst, your responsibilities include:

  • Conduct monthly analysis of the Company’s financial results, by collaborating with managers/department leads in identifying trends and areas for corrective action.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to help communicate where the Company is on versus off track in achieving its financial targets.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Own the tracking of OPEX spending details by department, while collaborating with department managers to understand variances to budget.
  • Assist Sr. Director of Finance with demand planning activities, ensuring the Company’s sales & production planning model reflects the most current forecasted demand levels.
  • Leverage the Company’s ERP (NetSuite) and other financial tools/systems (ex: Vena) to streamline and build efficiencies into our financial review and reporting processes.
  • Evaluate financial implications of business decisions and provide recommendations to optimize financial outcomes.
  • Interact cross-functionally to provide ad hoc reporting & analysis support to departments as needed.
