Native Pet is re-imagining pet nutrition for a new generation of pet parents. We make dog and vet approved supplements to help consumers nourish their pets. We are in high growth mode, scaling across digital and brick-and-mortar channels; including Amazon, Chewy, Target, Thrive Market and PetSmart. We’ve grown at least 2.5x each year since 2017 and have our sights set on $100M in sales. We recently closed Series B funding to scale our operations. We’re rapidly expanding our team to manage the brand growth and are excited to bring in candidates who are interested in CPG x Pet.
About the Role
We are looking for a Fulfillment & 3PL Manager to join our Operations team in a key role
overseeing end-to-end fulfillment execution across all sales channels. This role will drive service excellence, cost efficiency, and 3PL performance across DTC, Amazon, and retail.
What you would do
- Oversee Fulfillment Execution: Manage daily DTC, Amazon, and retail order fulfillment to ensure accurate, on-time shipments.
- Manage 3PL Performance: Lead 3PL relationships, monitor SLA compliance, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Resolve Fulfillment Issues: Serve as point of contact for escalations; coordinate with Inventory and CX on delays, OOS, and routing issues.
- Support Inbound Logistics: Align with Inventory and Supply Chain to ensure timely receipts and resolve receiving discrepancies with 3PL.
- Ensure Retail Compliance: Monitor vendor scorecards, dispute chargebacks, and enforce corrective actions.
- Oversee Returns & Rework: Manage return flows and 3PL handling of rework, relabeling, or repacking needs.
- Track & Report KPIs: Analyze fulfillment metrics (e.g., OTIF, accuracy) and recommend improvements.
- Drive Process Improvements: Identify and implement initiatives to improve speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with key teams to support product launches, promotions, and inventory transitions.
What your background might look like
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations (CPG or eCommerce preferred)
- Experience working with 3PLs, freight brokers, and EDI platforms (e.g., SPS Commerce)
- Experience with Cin7 Core or similar ERP/IMS platforms a plus
- Excellent communication and organization skills; thrives in fast-paced environments
- Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and drives continuous improvement
