To continue growing, we are seeking an exceptionally talented Growth Marketing Manager, Strategist to join our Growth Acquisition team.

Noom is looking for a Partnerships Consultant Coordinator with a track-record of success in producing creative assets, collaborating on a small but mighty team, as well as project managing various business workflows.. You will be responsible for supporting creative strategy for Noom’s partnerships team, as well as helping to launch new partnerships to drive more acquisition. The ideal candidate has a combination of creative and marketing experience, working with both clients and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support on creative direction and asset production for Noom’s Partnership team, with a focus that rotates based on business needs and objectives.
• Support on business-related operations and workflows in launching new partners both on the creative and tactical side.
• Evaluate and develop new processes and updates with Noom’s Partnership team.
• Opportunity to expand the role into additional ownership, new campaigns and strategies, and more.

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of working on a Creative and Marketing team either on the brand or agency side - ideally for a D2C subscription model brand.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - comfortable presenting to leadership as well as documenting processes and putting together reports.
• Experience with producing creative assets through various design platforms, such as Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
• Experience with working through partnerships deals and executing on launching them with varying requirements per partners.
• Pushes self and helps others achieve results, setting aggressive goals and high standards.
• Confident under pressure and grows and learns from challenging experiences.
• Understands interpersonal and group dynamics and reacts in an effective manner.
• Can move quickly from project to project, while getting objectives through the finish line.

Salary

• The hourly compensation for this position is $39 an hour, for 32 hours per week.
