We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Media Manager to join our high performing Digital Commerce & Media team. As the Digital Media Manager, you will play a key role in planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns across various platforms that deliver advertising via TV, Online Video, Social Media, Search & Display, and Retail Media Network placements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies that align with the company objectives, target audiences, and short term & long range priorities
- Accountable for the paid media execution with advanced strategies, channel mix, flighting & weighting, defining campaign objectives & KPIs to drive YOY growth of awareness & demand
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement
- Report the performance of all digital advertising campaigns and progress towards objectives through presentations to the leadership team
- Build and manage the media budget effectively to ensure optimal allocation and maximum return on investment
- Collaboration with the marketing team members on content creation to optimize the user experience and ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Lead the internal sharing of audience insights to create a strong understanding of consumer demographics, trends, and engagement preferences learned from paid media campaigns
- Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying & modeling short-to-long range opportunities that drive brand affinity, new customer acquisition, and key business outcomes
- Own media learning agenda to ensure continuous improvement & learning, regarding the optimal media mix and performance
- Manage relations with external agency partners and media companies
- Keep informed of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital advertising within the food and beverage sector to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge

- Understanding of common advertising and channel performance metrics (LTV, ROAS, CAC, etc.)
- Advanced analytical skills for processing & producing complex reporting. Advanced Excel skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in digital advertising or a related field
- Proven experience, particularly within the CPG industry working for a brand, agency, or media company
- Demonstrates strong business acumen
- Processes an advanced understanding of media planning and buying across all media platforms including but not limited to TV, Social Media, Amazon Advertising, Instacart, and other Retail Media Networks
- The ability to link media delivery and insights to commercial objectives of growing sales, share and profit
- Analytical and able to form and clearly communicate media strategy recommendations based on their analysis
- The ability to influence and lead change with more senior brand and agency peers
