What you will do?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Operations Associate to join our team. As a Marketing Operations Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our point-of-sale (POS) inventory and warehousing systems. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that inventory levels are accurately tracked, orders are processed in a timely manner, and items are delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage inventory and warehousing operations, including inventory management, receiving, and distribution of POS.
• Oversee the relationship with 3PL partner to implement operational efficiencies.
• Analyze order flow to provide insights for procurement strategies against aggressive timelines.
• Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate tracking of inventory levels through our point-of-sale system.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and shipments.
• Monitor and maintain the warehouse to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in the logistics process, including monitoring inclement weather conditions and supply chain disruptions.
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective communication and coordination of activities.
• Develop and manage the inventory and warehouse budgets, ensuring activities are delivered within budget and on time.
• Perform periodic reviews of inventory and warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate changes.
• Maintain detailed records of issued purchase orders, receiving and outbound shipment documentation.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory and warehouse management.
• Experience implementing and using point-of-sale systems for inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with inventory management software.
