As the Director of Retail Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing programs that drive consumer engagement, increase brand visibility, and ultimately lead to increased sales within the retail environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop and execute retail marketing initiatives that align with overall brand and business objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
COMPENSATION: Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $145,000 - $165,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

As the Director of Retail Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing programs that drive consumer engagement, increase brand visibility, and ultimately lead to increased sales within the retail environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop and execute retail marketing initiatives that align with overall brand and business objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and execute comprehensive retail marketing strategies to drive consumer engagement and increase brand visibility within the retail environment.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure retail marketing initiatives align with overall brand and business objectives.
- Lead the development of retail marketing programs, including in-store promotions, shopper insights, category management, point -of- sale material and retailer-specific marketing initiatives.
- Analyze consumer and shopper research data to identify insights and opportunities for retail marketing programs.
- Work closely with external partners, including retail customers and agencies, to develop co-marketing programs and initiatives.
- Manage the retail marketing budget, ensuring activities are delivered within budget and on time.
- Experience working with retail customers and external agencies.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing consumer and shopper research data to drive insights and recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Spins and analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in retail marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Experience leading a distributed marketing team.
- Travel requirements (national).
- Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require 50-pound lifting requirement.
- Willingness to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands.
