THE ROLE
The On-Premise Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with local distributors and on-premise accounts, increasing brand awareness, and driving product depletion. We are looking for someone to "Paint the Town Pink" through new and existing business, as well as product tastings and events.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
COMPENSATION: Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $55,000- $65,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

THE ROLE
The On-Premise Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with local distributors and on-premise accounts, increasing brand awareness, and driving product depletion. We are looking for someone to "Paint the Town Pink" through new and existing business, as well as product tastings and events.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and maintain relationships with on-premise accounts within Greater Austin
- Establish and maintain a regular weekly schedule of account appointments including sales calls, and distributor work-withs
- Identify and explore new on-premises opportunities
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in bars, restaurants, hotels, and other venues
- Organize and participate in local events, tastings, and promotions that engage customers and influencers with poppi's brand
- Utilize data to identify new opportunities for distribution and upselling to secure multiple SKU distribution
- Collaborate and communicate with the field sales team and local office in Austin
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management
- Always acting with integrity through a "what's right and best" mindset

- Self-motivated with proven success in talking to a multitude of people
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Demonstrated ability to excel in hands-on, fast paced entrepreneurial environment
- A strong work ethic, ability to plan and execute a highly productive schedule, desire to succeed, a passion for building a brand
- 2+ years of on-premise beverage sales experience
- Strong geographic knowledge of Greater Austin
- DSD management experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) and industry systems and platforms (VIP/IDIG, Repsly, IRI, SPINS, Nielsen, and Retailer Scan Data)
- Valid state driver's license for the posted state or territory, and reliable transportation in accordance with State requirements for motor vehicles
- Travel requirement across the United States
- Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require 50-pound lifting requirement
- Willingness to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands
- The ability to sit, stand, walk, and type for long periods of time
- Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions
