ABOUT POPPI

Soda’s back. Like, actually back. The twist? It’s better for you this time (and no lie, it tastes better, too)! Join the team that’s reclaiming soda one mouthwatering drop at a time. Refreshing and juicy without unnecessary sugar, it’s time to love soda again!

OUR VALUES

  • We keep it real: We keep our egos in check and our feedback honest so we can always stay real. You know, like our ingredients.
  • We are creators: We’re disruptors who see and do things differently, which is why we changed the soda game forever.
  • We do it better, together: We’re better when we do together. We have one shot to become the #1 soda, so we need to make it count (while taking care of each other along the way).

THE ROLE

As a Senior Revenue Growth Management Analyst, you’ll play a key role in fueling Poppi’s next stage of growth by driving pricing and promotion strategy, trade accruals, and forecasting. You’ll analyze promotional performance to uncover insights, refine retailer calendars, and help unlock more profitable growth. Partnering closely with Sales and Finance, you’ll ensure accuracy in trade forecasts and apply a data-driven approach to variance analysis and strategic decision-making.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Maintain accurate records in the Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system, capturing all promotions, activities, and results to ensure visibility and support data-driven decisions.
  • Analyze sales, syndicated, and customer data (e.g., SPINS, Nielsen, IRI, Kantar, Numerator) to uncover insights and develop actionable, growth-driving business recommendations.
  • Build and manage trade spend forecasts across all promotional activities, including slotting, discounts, allowances, and coupons, to ensure accrual accuracy and alignment with Finance.
  • Evaluate promotional lift to optimize frequency, depth, and promotional mix, refining future calendars for improved ROI.
  • Support the RGM lead in developing customer P&Ls and drafting pricing trade letters for monthly Pricing Council meetings; partner with Sales Planning to deliver accurate customer-level forecasts.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You’re Accountable: You take responsibility for outcomes, follow through on commitments, and step in wherever needed to get the job done.
  • You’re a Team Player: You work well independently and with others, communicating across functions and building strong relationships.
  • You’re Built for Change: You’re adaptable and resilient in the face of change with the ability to embrace challenges and shift priorities with ease.
  • You Bring the Data: You use numbers to shape strategy, measure impact, and drive smart decisions.
  • You’re Resourceful: When things are unclear, you figure it out. You know how to find answers, make decisions, and keep things moving.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in retail sales analysis within the beverage industry; experience with DSD brands preferred.
  • Experience with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems preferred.
  • Experience with retail portal data, Nielsen, and IRI required; familiarity with VIP, Kantar, and Numerator is a plus.
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel.
