THE ROLE

poppi is seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Manager to lead the brand’s engagement across the world of sports, music, gaming, or wherever our community’s passions lead us. This role will develop and manage partnerships with professional teams, leagues, athletes/influencers, venues, and events to drive brand awareness, deepen cultural relevance, and build authentic connections with consumers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop and execute poppi’s sports and entertainment partnership strategy aligned with brand objectives and growth goals.
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure high-impact partnerships with leagues, teams, athletes, and properties.
  • Evaluate ROI and long-term value of sponsorship opportunities to ensure strategic investment of resources.
  • Collaborate with PepsiCo’s sports marketing leadership to drive shared value and scale across the organization.
  • Lead cross-functional planning and activation across retail, sales, social/culture, PR, experiential, and media channels.
  • Concept and launch innovative campaigns that embed poppi authentically into sports and entertainment culture.
  • Manage agency and vendor partners to deliver best-in-class execution and efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for cross-functional stakeholders within both poppi and the broader PepsiCo organization.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships to unlock the full potential of each partnership.
  • Ensure brand representation remains authentic, consistent, and aligned with poppi’s voice across all touchpoints.
  • Define KPIs and track performance across key metrics including brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales impact.
  • Deliver regular reporting and actionable insights to leadership to inform future investment and strategy.
  • Stay on the pulse of sports and entertainment trends, evolving fan behaviors, and emerging partnership opportunities.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • 5+ years of experience in sports marketing, sponsorships, or partnerships, on the team, brand, or agency side (CPG experience a preferred).
  • Proven ability to build and activate sports partnerships that drive measurable brand and business impact.
  • Skilled in negotiation, evaluation, relationship management, and communication.
  • Experienced in project management and leading cross-functional teams.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require 50-pound lifting requirement.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • The ability to sit, stand, walk, and type for long periods of time.
  • Willingness to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on events and business demands.

COMPENSATION

Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $100,000-$115,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market, minimum wage requirements, and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
