Reporting to the SVP of People & Culture, the People Systems Analyst is responsible for managing our primary people systems (Dayforce, Tableau, Qualtrics, HireRight, PayScale, and other ancillary systems within People Systems landscape); planning and executing our HRIS strategy; as well as supporting the organization with systems-related inquiries and enhancements. The People Systems Analyst works very closely with all levels of the company, including the Executive Leadership Team, People, Finance, and Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and functional leadership for the exploration, evaluation, recommendation, design, and configuration of new features and functionalities within Dayforce and other people systems.
  • Develops and maintains standard reports or queries and creates custom queries on an ad hoc basis.
  • Collaborate with leaders from HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather system requirements and translate them into effective Dayforce and people system solutions.
  • Configure, test, validate, and implement changes in Dayforce, ensuring the overall integrity of the Dayforce platform and that that all components of the technical architecture are properly integrated and maintained.
  • Create and maintain the documentation of procedures and processes; develop user guides as needed.
  • Implement HRIS best practices and identify automation opportunities within key business processes.
  • Work cross-functionally with respective teams within the company to help scale the business and drive success.
  • Establishes procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience working with enterprise-level HRIS (Dayforce, Tableau, Qualtrics, PayScale, HireRight), including business process framework, security, and general system administration.
  • Prior Dayforce configuration and optimization experience, and deep architecture familiarity, highly preferred.
  • Multi-unit and multiple locations experience required.
  • Enterprise-level HRIS experience
  • Able to manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly, and work independently.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to concisely explain complex cross-functional processes.
  • Ability to create clear/simple documentation - process guides & diagrams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and drive system implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Interest and/or experience with data visualization, Artificial Intelligence, and iPass solutions are a strong plus.
