Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Management:

• Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the movement of pieces and finished goods between multiple manufacturing locations
• Ensure inventory allocation is optimized across all locations, including warehouses, manufacturing sites, and third-party logistics providers.

Inventory Control:

• Implement more stringent controls and processes to improve inventory accuracy and allocation.
• Manage inventory at various locations, including manufacturing sites, warehouses, and Amazon distribution centers.

Purchasing Support:

• Collaborate with the purchasing team, consisting of Assistant and Associate Buyers, to ensure timely procurement of materials and components.
• Support the sourcing of new packaging and other materials, particularly as new manufacturing partners are brought on board.

Process Improvement:

• Identify pain points within the current supply chain processes and implement solutions to address them
• Utilize NetSuite to enhance supply chain visibility, reporting, and decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs.

Experience:

• Proven experience in supply chain management, with a strong background in inventory control, logistics, and purchasing.
• Previous experience in managing a team and implementing process improvements.
• Experience with demand planning and purchasing in a high-volume, multi-location manufacturing environment.
