This is an in-office role in New Jersey.

The Associate Marketing Manager will play a critical role in ensuring flawless execution and monitoring of all key marketing activities across the brand.

The main responsibilities for this position will be divided across five key competencies and the candidate will work extensively with the marketing, sales and operations departments.

  • Implement and monitor all consumer and retailer-facing marketing materials, including CTV, social media, in-store, website content, trade shows, digital/e-commerce, ensuring alignment with the strategic and creative direction of the Sr. Advertising & Marketing Manager, and track performance to meet objectives or recommend changes as needed.
  • Execute and manage experiential marketing programs, including sampling events, sports sponsorship, and other consumer engagements, working across departments to ensure collateral materials, samples and staff deliver on brand experiences.
  • Lead the stage gate process for all innovation. Take charge of green lit innovation projects, ensuring timely market release and company-wide alignment.
  • Track and report key market data and trends. Using various data sources generate quarterly performance tracking reports with insights and recommendations across brands and categories. Additionally, deliver data and stories for building sales decks as well as tracking performance of shopper marketing activity.
  • Support organization by assisting with shopper marketing implementation, budget management, brand position development and packaging design/rollout.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience
  • CPG background preferred
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as IRI (Circana) and other syndicated data
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with project management
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all internal multi-discipline functional areas and levels of management
