Responsibilities:
- Manage planning, execution, and tracking of brand media investment tactics across platforms including social, CTV/Streaming, influencers, and retail
- Collaborate with design agency to brief, develop, and test new creative messaging to optimize brand campaigns for awareness and HH penetration
- Manage day-to-day operations of the COR website and Amazon platforms, focusing on content/UX optimization, conversion, and sales revenue growth in partnership with key agency partners
- Ensure integrity and aesthetic consistency of brand assets across paid and online efforts
- Manage external agency partners for media, design, website, e-mail/SMS, and other marketing plan support to exceed KPIs
- Support cross-functional departments in partnership with the CMO
- Assist sales team in collaboration with Commercial Sales lead, overseeing advertising assets, broker newsletters, and other sales materials
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring execution within or under budget, including monthly BVA reviews and ad-hoc reporting
Candidate Profile:
- Strong foundation in marketing strategy and experience with social, influencers, advertising, E-mail/SMS, and website marketing levers
- Understanding of current media and DTC landscape with the ability to optimize media plans and creative based on audience insights
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of modern marketing metrics
- Knowledge of industry syndicated data sources like IRI and SPINS is a plus
- Strong cross-functional leadership and proven ability to manage agency partners and the creative process effectively
- Food background preferred
