Supply Chain Manager: Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Manager to join their food company! In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness while maintaining high product quality standards You will work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize sourcing, production, distribution, and inventory management

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire supply chain process from procurement to distribution, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals
• Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure ethical sourcing of materials
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste and carbon footprint across the supply chain
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. production, logistics, quality assurance) to streamline operations and enhance product delivery timelines
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, utilizing data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and sustainable practices including food safety and environmental standards
• Optimize inventory management processes to reduce excess stock and minimize costs while meeting customer demand
• Identify and resolve any supply chain issues including disruptions in logistics, delays, or material shortages

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably within the food industry
• Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices within supply chains
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
