Who you are…
We are looking for an ambitious sales person to sell our full suite of services, including our executive search service, board of director assembly, and digital job board, with a focus on our Beauty / Wellness / Lifestyle clients and business. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, existing relationships with high-growth beauty/wellness/personal care brands, and an interest in the CPG world. This role will join a collaborative, entrepreneurial team of industry-specialized Business Development Directors/Managers, Client Strategists and Executive Recruiters.
As a Business Development Manager with ForceBrands, you’ll:
- Leverage new and existing relationships to build a book of business with high-growth beauty wellness / personal care brands
- Cold call, network, and schedule meetings with existing and new potential clients on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with teammates across sales and recruiting to develop leads and build relationships with our clients.
- Bringing in business for our executive search service, board of director assembly, and digital job board, and be responsible for the overall management of their business contacts.
- Developing relationships with prospective clients and growing existing partnerships.
- Managing your workflow using company CRM.
- Attending trade shows and trade events to help create and maintain client partnerships.
That’s just the start! We have a lot of existing projects and we have ambitious goals for growth in the near and long-term.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2-4+ years of sales or business development experience within the beauty/wellness/personal care industry, preferably in the agency space
- Existing relationships with high-growth brands in the beauty, wellness and lifestyle space
- Entrepreneurial with a hunter mentality; Comfortable building a book of business from the ground up
- Proven track record of penetrating all levels and functions of a company
- Experience in managing a large portfolio of accounts
- Exceptional customer service
- Ability to speak at the executive level with C-Suite executives
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and G-Suite
- A willingness and comfort communicating remotely through chat, shared documents, and video calls
- Ability to work cross functionally with our internal recruitment, marketing, finance and operations teams.
- Remote role with preference for candidates in Los Angeles Metro or New York City Metro Areas
