Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategies for achieving our growth targets
Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and oversee the preparation for our first audit by year-end
Demonstrate a strong understanding of royalty licensing agreements, a unique aspect of our business
Manage financial processes and systems, particularly with expertise in Netsuite
Oversee the creation of reports that provide clear insights into our P&L, enabling strategic decision-making
Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and minimize tax liabilities

Candidate Profile:

Proven experience working with complex ERP systems, particularly Netsuite, is essential
Strong knowledge of GAAP standards and experience managing financial audits
Previous experience in the CPG industry is highly preferred
