Job Summary:

The Digital Analytics Director will lead digital analytics and data governance for a leading brand's eCommerce platform, aiming to improve performance and ensure data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a digital analytics strategy for web performance insights.
• Optimize product performance reporting to enhance the consumer journey.
• Establish data governance and ensure integrity across digital platforms.
• Conduct statistical analyses using BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and manage data collection with SQL.
• Analyze customer data from Shopify, GA4, and Triple Whale to identify profiles and spending habits.
• Collaborate on advanced analytics initiatives and A/B testing.
• Present data analysis findings to management.
• Serve as an expert on analytics tools and guide best practices in user research.
• Drive data analytics initiatives focused on customer experience.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years in data analytics within consumer goods eCommerce.
• Proficient in statistical analysis and BI tools.
• Familiar with Google Analytics, GA4, and tagging tools.
