**Our client, a high-growth men's wellness brand, is seeking a passionate VP of Sales to build the brand in the Convenience Channel.**

Position Overview: As the Vice President of Sales, you will spearhead the brand's strategic entry into retail channels, focusing primarily on Convenience, Mass, and Drug sectors. You will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, driving revenue growth, and solidifying us as a leader in the sexual wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the retail launch strategy across Convenience, Mass, and Drug channels, including major retailers such as 7/11, Wawa, Target, CVS, Walgreens, etc.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve aggressive revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key retail partners, negotiating favorable terms and securing prime merchandising opportunities.
  • Drive brand visibility and awareness through effective marketing and promotional initiatives within retail environments.
  • Manage distributor and broker relationships, ensuring alignment with company objectives and facilitating efficient distribution nationwide.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to a sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, and Operations teams to optimize go-to-market strategies and product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in CPG Sales and Sales Leadership roles, ideally within categories such as men’s wellness, sexual wellness, personal care, vitamins/supplements, or related "check-out" products.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling a brand from inception to $10M+ in revenue within retail channels.
  • Expertise in negotiating and closing deals with major retailers across Convenience, Mass, and Drug sectors.
  • Strong distributor and broker management experience, with a demonstrated ability to onboard and manage partnerships effectively.
  • Experience working in early-stage, startup environments with the agility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
