Looking to join a rapidly growing hemp-based beverage brand? Our client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, East to spearhead partnerships with beer distributors across NJ, NY, GA, TX, and TN. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for NY, NJ, TX, TN, and GA
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners to grow sales volume
- Conduct market visits to expand brand presence and distribution while leveraging insights to refine strategies
- Identify sales opportunities in key metro areas to drive market penetration
- Analyze sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to inform proactive growth strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, supply chain) to align with market needs
- Future scope: Recruit, train, and lead a team of market managers to support sales growth
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years in sales management within RTD alcoholic or infused beverages, with proven sales and distributor success
- Strong knowledge of market dynamics, including regulations and consumer trends (experience across all listed states preferred but not required)
- Experienced in building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth in a fast-paced startup environment
- Adaptable, results-driven, and collaborative, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
