Who you are…

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our full sales organization, which includes both Account Management and Business Development teams. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, scaling operations, and aligning our sales strategies with organizational goals. You'll collaborate with leaders across recruiting, marketing, and operations to design and execute systems and processes that maximize revenue opportunities while fostering a high-performing sales culture and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a seamless experience for our clients, optimizing cross-team collaboration, and driving long-term client success.

As CRO with ForceBrands, you’ll:

  • Lead the Full Sales Team: Oversee the Account Management and Business Development teams, providing strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship to achieve revenue targets and exceed performance goals.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Collaborate across departments to align sales initiatives with company objectives, ensuring a seamless client journey from lead generation to long-term account management success.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement scalable, data-driven sales processes, optimizing efforts to expand market share, maximizing client relationships, and driving customer advocacy through valuable experiences. .
  • Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Establish customer feedback loops to gather actionable insights, leverage data to enhance service offerings, and improve processes and team performance.
  • Foster Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with Recruiting, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure resources are allocated effectively to support client-centric account strategies and drive conversions.
  • Monitor and Adapt to Market Trends: Stay informed of industry and economic trends, leveraging insights to adjust sales strategies and allocate resources to high-opportunity clients and markets.
  • Represent the Organization: Attend industry events and participate in high-value client meetings, RFPs, and pitch presentations to enhance client relationships and win business.
  • Measure Performance: Analyze sales data to assess team performance, customer satisfaction and loyalty; identify opportunities for growth, and provide actionable insights to the executive leadership team.
  • Inspire and Motivate: Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews, implementing incentives and initiatives to maintain team momentum and focus.
  • Innovate and Enhance Processes: Continuously refine lead generation, conversion strategies, and account management protocols to drive consistent and sustainable growth.
  • Contribute to Strategic Initiatives: Provide executive leadership with market insights and data analysis to inform the company’s strategic direction and decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extensive Sales Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or revenue generation roles, with at least 5 years managing large teams.
  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to develop and execute scalable sales strategies that align with broader organizational goals.
  • Professional Services Expertise: 3+ years of experience in a professional services environment, preferably in Executive Recruitment or similar industries.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through both business development and account management functions.
  • Coaching and Mentorship: Strong ability to lead and inspire sales professionals, providing guidance in prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and client retention.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience building reports and leveraging data analytics to optimize business outcomes.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Exceptional cross-departmental collaboration skills, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, operations, and recruiting teams.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM and job management systems (e.g., HubSpot, Bullhorn).
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain and visualize complex concepts effectively.

The compensation range for this role is $200k-$300k OTE.
