Our client, a high-growth adult beverage brand, is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead the Midwest by maintaining strong on-premise presence while continuing to build in regional chains including Specs, HEB, Twin, Binny's, etc. This role requires high-growth adult beverage experience, multi-state distributor management experience, and people management skills.

Top priorities:

  • Leading & developing internal team (2 direct reports) & deploying agency resources for tastings/events
  • Managing & motivating wholesaler partners
  • Building out the business in regional retail chains across the territory while maintaining/growing existing business across all channels
  • Work closely with National Accounts Manager & Sales Ops to ensure compliance in programming

Candidate Requirements:

  • Scrappy, entrepreneurial, hunter mindset with high-growth brand experience
  • Strong relationships with buyers at regional chains across the Midwest/Southwest
  • Proven experience developing mutually beneficial relationships with distributor partners at all levels of the organization
  • Experience building brands across any segment of adult beverage
  • TX-based
