The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a key role in driving new business growth by generating and qualifying leads for the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on prospecting, crafting personalized outreach, and turning leads into qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Research target companies, decision-makers, and industry trends to identify high-potential leads.
- Execute outbound outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage prospective clients.
- Identify client challenges and effectively position the company's unique solutions.
Outreach & Engagement:
- Create and execute personalized messaging strategies for targeted outreach.
- Develop email sequences and LinkedIn campaigns to schedule introductory meetings.
CRM & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, lead status, and follow-up actions in HubSpot.
- Analyze outreach performance and refine messaging strategies based on results.
Collaboration & Team Support:
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach approaches.
- Share insights from prospecting efforts to help refine overall sales and marketing strategies.
Candidate Attributes
- Amazon Knowledge: Familiarity with FBA, Seller Central, Vendor Central, advertising strategies, compliance, and brand protection.
- Hunter Mentality: Passionate about outbound prospecting and driving new opportunities.

- Skilled Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft compelling messages.

Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably in marketing, e-commerce, or Amazon services.
- CRM Expertise: Proficiency with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for outreach and client engagement.
- Research Skills: Ability to identify and connect with decision-makers effectively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred but not required).
Onboarding & Training
- Month 1: Learn the company's services, sales systems, and processes. Begin prospecting with guidance.
- Month 2: Ramp up outreach volume, develop personalized messaging, and start scheduling discovery calls.
- Month 3: Take ownership of outreach and appointment-setting, hitting targets with senior support.
