Build robust financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning
Own cash flow management, liquidity planning, and risk analysis to support scaling efforts
Collaborate with the ops team to enhance forecasting and ensure alignment in managing inventory, supply, and demand
Lead efforts to optimize systems and tools, including QuickBooks to streamline processes and improve data accuracy
Serve as the primary point of contact for audits, ensuring GAAP compliance and readiness for the first audit this year
Develop and monitor KPIs that align operational performance with financial objectives

Requirements:

Minimum 8-10 years of finance experience, including leadership roles in high-growth, venture-backed companies
Background in food or CPG industry
Proven track record scaling companies from $50 million to $150 million
Experience with audits, GAAP compliance, and building financial structures
