Key Responsibilities:

• Build robust financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning
• Own cash flow management, liquidity planning, and risk analysis to support scaling efforts
• Collaborate with the ops team to enhance forecasting and ensure alignment in managing inventory, supply, and demand
• Lead efforts to optimize systems and tools, including QuickBooks to streamline processes and improve data accuracy
• Serve as the primary point of contact for audits, ensuring GAAP compliance and readiness for the first audit this year
• Develop and monitor KPIs that align operational performance with financial objectives

Requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years of finance experience, including leadership roles in high-growth, venture-backed companies
• Background in food or CPG industry
• Proven track record scaling companies from $50 million to $150 million
• Experience with audits, GAAP compliance, and building financial structures
