A high-growth food and beverage brand is seeking a Procurement Manager to join their growing team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience procuring and purchasing ingredients and packaging for a high volume of SKUs
• Team management experience
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience in a manufacturing setting
• Adaptable, flexible, able to handle shifting priorities
• Self-starter, self-motivated
• 5+ years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, able to hit the ground running

Scope of Role:

• Manage a team of 4
• Manage procurement/purchasing for a high volume of indigents and packaging for production at contract manufacturing sites
• Responsibility for front end of materials management: analyzing demand, placing POs, managing relationships with vendors, getting materials to their destination
• Manage safety stock levels
• Work cross-functionally to support new projects and packaging transitions
• Proactively resolve any procurement-related issues
• Support other related functions as needed
