Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation efforts.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine sales tactics and seize opportunities.

Sales Management:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve goals and promote a high-performance, collaborative environment.
  • Work with leadership to set sales targets, track performance, and provide regular performance updates.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary contact during the sales process and ensuring smooth transitions to the client services team.
  • Understand client objectives and needs, converting them into effective, tailored solutions.
  • Manage client expectations and lead contract negotiations
  • Drive the proposal process and finalizing documents in partnership with leadership

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business avenues by developing new client relationships and expanding existing ones, in collaboration with the account manager.
  • Implement strategies aimed at increasing market share and enhancing brand visibility for the agency.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and innovations in sales and marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven success in agency sales (preferably within creative, branding, or advertising sectors), with a strong focus on rebranding and digital solutions
  • Strong leadership and management abilities, capable of motivating and guiding a team toward achieving objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities effectively.
  • Solid understanding of the creative process and the role of creative and digital agencies in marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of business practices, including financial management, budgeting, and contract negotiations.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
