A fast-growing, innovative non-alcoholic beverage brand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and expand market presence. This role is perfect for a results-driven sales leader with experience managing distributors and key accounts in the CPG space.

Job Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading distributor relationships, managing key regional accounts, and driving sales growth across retail and foodservice channels. This individual will play a critical role in executing sales strategies, optimizing brand visibility, and ensuring distributor performance.

Responsibilities

Distributor & Retailer Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional distributors to accelerate sales
  • Ensure distributor teams meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and execute sales plans effectively
  • Provide sales training, support, and motivation to distributor partners
  • Identify and onboard new distributors as needed to expand market reach

Key Account Management

  • Lead and grow relationships with grocery, convenience, natural, and foodservice accounts
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase velocity and maximize shelf presence
  • Work closely with buyers and category managers to secure promotional opportunities and new placements
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to track sales performance and identify opportunities

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of beverage sales or CPG experience, with a strong track record in distributor and key account management
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth, manage budgets, and achieve revenue targets
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and develop impactful sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster long-term partnerships
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed (~50% travel)
