About the Role: Key Account Manager, Natural Channel
To ensure the business continues to optimize performance by delivering a higher net return to the business. You will do this by leading, motivating and managing a team of sales people in the USA and with exceptional Account Management.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional account management service consistently
- Motivate and inspire the entire US team to achieve results
- Execute the USA market strategy, overseeing and leading the execution
- Grow our core, existing business and strengthen existing customer relationships
- Support future new product development and execution
- Set KPI’s and tracking performance for the US team
- Revenue optimization management and accountability
- Sign off weekly/monthly forecasts with wider team
- Provides clear and concise reporting on performance progress
- Accountability of all inventory both in transit and in market
- Set, confirm and communicate annual price increases for the US market
- Coordination and execution of key customer top to top meetings and business plans
- Project management as and when they arise
- Presentations where applicable eg: S&OP, NPD etc…
- Scoping out and securing new grocery business
Communication
- Represent the company in a professional, safe and effective manner
- Management of the CRM tool
- Weekly and Monthly reporting
Cost of Doing Business
- Control of all business-related expenses to the Company guidelines
Required Skills and Competencies:
- 7-10 years in Food Sales and Key Account Management.
- 3-4 years at the HQ level and 3-4 years in the Natural Channel.
