Sales Manager – Club
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth across our club channels. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales – Club, this role is critical in scaling our brand by managing key accounts, optimizing regional strategies, and supporting innovation in the Club channel.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies in partnership with senior leadership.
- Manage underdeveloped Costco regions, driving sales and account expansion.
- Analyze competitive activity, pricing, and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, accruals, and demand planning to optimize spend and profitability.
- Oversee demo and roadshow programs, ensuring seamless execution.
- Keep sales materials, buy docs, and promotional activities up to date.
- Travel (~20-30%) for sales meetings, field execution, and industry events.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of key account selling experience, preferably in CPG.
- Strong Costco and/or Club channel relationships preferred, but open to training the right candidate with a track record of sales success.
- Experience using syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI, SPINS) for customer management.
- Proficiency in P&L analysis and understanding factors that drive profitability.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office tools.
