A leading company in the wine sector is seeking an FP&A Manager to drive financial planning, analysis, and operational efficiency. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to develop financial strategies, optimize pricing and promotions, and enhance cost efficiencies.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Lead financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive strategic decision-making

✅ Analyze COGS, operational efficiencies, and cost optimization strategies

✅ Track sales performance, develop pricing strategies, and maximize revenue opportunities

✅ Provide insights into marketing ROI, advertising efficiency, and customer profitability

✅ Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial targets with business objectives

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

🔹 Proven FP&A experience (wine, alcohol, or manufacturing industry experience is a plus!)

🔹 Strong financial modeling, analytical, and strategic planning skills

🔹 Expertise in sales reporting, pricing strategies, and cost analysis
