JOB TITLE: Regional Sales Manager - Medical Channel (Aesthetics, Med Spa, Plastics, etc.)

The team is hiring for two RSM roles. This person must be located in either the New York Metro/Tri-State Area or the Chicago Metro Area.

The Regional Sales Manager is a revenue-driving role responsible for achieving quarterly sales targets across a specialized product portfolio in the aesthetic and wellness space. This individual will play a key role in customer acquisition and portfolio expansion by conducting outbound sales activities primarily via phone and virtual communication channels.

The position represents a line of advanced skincare and regenerative products to MedSpa and aesthetic clients, focusing on education, product adoption, and revenue growth through consultative selling.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Develop and execute targeted call and business development strategies.
  • Manage the sales cycle with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and leadership teams to support customer satisfaction and account development.
  • Oversee sample allocation, place product orders, distribute marketing materials, and assist accounts with client relations.
  • Lead product training and support all marketing campaigns, new product introductions, and sales programs.
  • Educate customers on product science, usage, and clinical relevance.
  • Maintain strong time management practices to maximize customer engagement.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and competitor offerings.
  • Adhere to regulatory guidelines and maintain ethical conduct and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of industry sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and earning commissions
  • Strong communication, organization, and independent work skills
  • Experience in the MedSpa or healthcare/aesthetics industry
