Drive end-to-end project management for product launches with major retail partners, including small-batch and pilot runs on accelerated timelines
Act as the key operational liaison between creative/brand and supply chain teams, ensuring alignment on scope, deliverables, and flawless execution
Manage production timelines and key milestones with manufacturing and supply partners to support on-time delivery
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, proactively communicating timelines and managing expectations to deliver excellence
Own the order flow and project lifecycle—from concept through fulfillment—ensuring seamless coordination and accountability across departments

Requirements:

7–9 years leading cross-functional projects as a strong individual contributor with natural leadership and influence
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach and a sense of urgency in fast-paced environments
