The Brand Manager focuses on managing Amazon brand and product portfolios under general supervision, following company and department guidelines. This role involves auditing clients’ brand performance, identifying growth opportunities, managing advertising efforts, tracking project progress, and creating strategic plans to drive success. The Brand Manager also serves as a subject matter expert (SME) in Amazon for a specialized function.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee assigned clients throughout the digital lifecycle, ensuring resource allocation, tracking project milestones, and meeting deadlines and deliverables.
  • Conduct audits of brand performance to identify growth opportunities, analyze trends, and provide actionable solutions to ensure alignment with both client and Amazon-specific goals.
  • Develop and implement effective Amazon growth strategies, including enhancing brand presence and optimizing product listings for higher visibility and sales.
  • Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with assigned clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions for challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including advertising and operations, to achieve client goals and meet deadlines on specific projects.
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly performance updates to clients using Google Slides, highlighting key metrics and strategic recommendations.
  • Set clear KPIs for success with clients, proactively addressing challenges and delivering solution-oriented feedback.
  • Serve as an SME for Amazon-specific strategies, using insights and analytics to provide guidance to peers and clients.
  • Meet or exceed department performance standards, specifically for Amazon-related metrics and objectives.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in brand management with a specific focus on Amazon account management (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Amazon’s marketplace, tools, and best practices, including Amazon Seller Central
  • Ability to analyze data, identify growth trends, and develop strategies based on those insights.
  • Experience with data analytics tools, Google Sheets, and optimizing product catalogs.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering results through strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, and a positive attitude toward overcoming challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex strategies and data insights.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
