RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans to support SKUs and grow brand equity
  • Leverage insights into consumer behavior and market trends to inform go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing, media, and website agencies to deliver campaigns that align with the brand's luxury positioning
  • Build strategic relationships with, mixologists, and industry influencers to expand brand presence
  • Lead innovative campaigns that engage, educate, and excite target audiences, with a focus on digital aptitude and the luxury tequila market
  • Measure and report the performance of marketing initiatives (ROI, KPIs) to ensure objectives are met
  • Oversee brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints
  • Represent the brand at key events and distributor presentations
  • Drive the integration of marketing initiatives and innovation into sales efforts.
  • Collaborate across departments to create a horizontal team structure, ensuring seamless execution of strategies
  • Stay attuned to competitive dynamics and market opportunities to maintain the brand’s edge

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Brand Manager or Marketing Manager, with beverage alcohol experience required; spirits experience strongly preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus
  • Strong commercial sensibility with experience in luxury brands
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of KPIs, ROI, and marketing analytics
  • A creative thinker with a sharp eye for aesthetics and compelling brand storytelling
  • Ability to travel as needed for key events, distributor presentations, and market visits
