Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Financial Strategy – Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across all brands to ensure financial alignment and long-term profitability.
2. Inventory & Cost Management – Monitor inventory performance and COGS across SKUs and channels, improving accuracy and optimizing working capital.
3. Cross-Brand Collaboration – Partner with brand leaders to align financial goals, support business planning, and provide clear performance insights.
4. Process Implementation – Design and implement financial systems, controls, and SOPs to support scalability and ensure audit readiness.
5. Team Leadership & Development – Build and manage a high-performing finance team, while partnering with key departments including Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain.
