Role Overview:
We’re partnering with a high-growth, better-for-you beverage brand that’s shaking up the industry with a mission to redefine wellness through innovation and flavor. They’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to own growth across key retail and foodservice channels in the Mid-Atlantic region!
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic sales leader with deep experience in distributor management, retail execution, and high-velocity product categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow regional distributor relationships to ensure alignment on execution and KPIs
- Drive sales growth through retail and foodservice key accounts with a focus on promotions, placement, and velocity
- Lead and support internal sales reps while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with company objectives
- Represent the brand at trade shows, distributor meetings, and regional events
Ideal Background:
- 5+ years of beverage or CPG sales experience with a track record of managing distributors and key accounts
- Strong communicator and relationship builder who thrives in entrepreneurial environments
- Analytical, organized, and results-oriented with a passion for health-conscious products
- Willingness to travel ~50% within the assigned region
