Job Summary:
The On Premise Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and building brand presence for the company within the on-premise channel across the D.C., Maryland, and Virgina (DMV) markets. This role will focus on high-impact accounts, ensuring excellent area coverage, premium execution, and meaningful partnerships that enhance the company's image and sales performance in the region.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Territory Management
- Ensure smart, strategic, and efficient coverage across DMV markets in partnership with distributor reps.
- Build and manage relationships with key on-premise accounts including bars, restaurants, music venues, and nightlife hotspots.
- Develop and present customer and distributor presentations.
- Maintain a consistent field presence (minimum 4 days/week) to support account execution and relationship management.
- Monitor and optimize local budgets and partnership agreements, ensuring efficient use of funds and ROI.
- Review account-level data and sales trends to identify opportunities and prioritize efforts.
- Oversee product placement, service levels, and POS execution to ensure high visibility and strong sales pull-through.
- Work closely with distributor partners to drive execution and accountability at the street level.
- Responsible for management of DMV On-Premise inventory and forecast.
Execution Excellence
- Ensure the company has premium visibility and impactful presence across key accounts
- Secure menu placements at optimal pricing, aligned with brand guidelines.
- Drive strategic activations with branded assets and sampling tools to create compelling consumer experiences.
- Continuously track competitive activity and market dynamics.
Required Skills / Experience:
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the beverage, alcohol, or lifestyle brand space.
- Deep understanding of the DMV on-premise scenes - especially nightlife, events, and high-energy venues.
- Proven track record of growing brands and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Required Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
