Responsibilities:

• Lead all quality control on the plant floor — focusing on execution, defect management, and continuous improvement
• Operate with urgency and precision in a complex environment, where speed and attention to detail are equally critical
• Manage issue resolution, root cause analysis, and proactive reporting — demonstrating a serious, solution-oriented approach when problems arise
• Act as the primary interface for quality-related communications with external partners and customers
• Establish clear expectations and coach the team on what “good” looks like in a modern, high-throughput beverage quality environment
• Collaborate with the senior management team to set quality benchmarks and ensure high-quality documentation based on the latest industry standards

Candidate Profile:

• 7-10 YOE
• Candidates must have experience in food and beverage manufacturing
• Experience with FDA-regulated environments and practical application of quality protocols on the shop floor is essential
