About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our home cleaning product portfolio within major retail chains. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, with at least 5 years of experience in sales and account management. This role requires a strong network within the industry, including brokers, retailers, and category buyers, to drive product growth and market share.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to drive market share and revenue growth.
  • Manage relationships with key retailers, brokers, and category buyers to ensure strong distribution and shelf placement.
  • Lead marketing initiatives, including product positioning, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and supply chain, to optimize product performance.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Identify new growth opportunities within the home cleaning category and retail channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual, fluent Spanish and English strongly preferred
  • Experience calling on major retailers (Kroger, HEB, Walmart, Hy-Vee, ABSCO, Food Lion, etc)
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Management within the CPG industry, preferably in home cleaning products.
  • Strong relationships with brokers, retailers, and category buyers in major retail chains.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing brands and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
