Their products are designed to deliver vibrant flavor and a better-for-you alternative for consumers seeking new ways to sip and socialize.

They're seeking a Head of Beverage Sales to lead national growth across all channels. This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage, high-potential brand in one of the most exciting emerging categories in beverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the overall sales strategy, driving revenue goals and market expansion
  • Build and manage a high-performance sales team aligned with growth objectives
  • Design and execute retail and distributor programs that boost availability and velocity
  • Oversee P&L, sales budgets, and promotional investments to ensure profitability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations to align on campaigns and activation
  • Strengthen distributor partnerships and expand footprint across key markets
  • Leverage data and reporting tools to forecast, track performance, and optimize results
  • Stay ahead of category trends and drive innovation in go-to-market execution

Ideal Background

  • 7–10+ years in beverage or CPG sales leadership, ideally with emerging or regulated products
  • Proven track record building and scaling high-performing teams
  • Expertise in distributor management, retail programming, and on/off-premise strategy
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and executing in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Analytical, strategic, and deeply collaborative with strong communication skills
  • Passion for innovation, wellness, and alternative beverage trends
