Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – in office Tues/Weds)

A fast-growing, global beverage brand is seeking a sharp, organized, and fast-moving Integrated Marketing Manager to join their marketing team. What You'll Do:
- Lead cross-functional marketing projects: seasonal campaigns, brand launches, social rollouts, and more
- Manage agencies (creative + social), ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are on track
- Own internal marketing workflows—keeping things moving across U.S. and international teams
- Track performance data and translate insights into strategic adjustments
- Serve as the main contact for media partners, ambassadors, and external collaborators
- Be the engine that keeps campaigns running smoothly and efficiently
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5+ years in marketing project management, preferably in CPG or alcohol beverage
- Experience managing creative or agency partners
- A “do-er” mindset—someone who’s comfortable building decks, coordinating details, and driving execution
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Familiarity with Monday.com, Asana, or similar tools
- Culture-savvy with experience in fast-paced, brand-driven environments
Compensation:
- Base: $80K–$95K
- Bonus: 20%
