Responsibilities:

• Leads daily service, dispatch, installation, and remanufacturing operations with a sharp focus on job progress, escalations, and efficient resource allocation
• Manages and develops a high-performing team, reinforces core values, and drives accountability through structured meetings, clear roles, and career development
• Partner with HR, finance, and systems leaders to align operations with growth goals
• Define, track, and manage KPIs that tie to business levers
• Acts as the escalation point and service excellence ambassador for key national accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and strong brand partnerships
• Maintains adherence to SOPs, audits fieldwork and assets, and ensures compliance with warranty, safety, and industry standards
• Drives innovation through new tools and systems, manages facilities and vendor relationships, and supports capital improvements and logistics optimization

Candidate Profile:

• 5–10 years in senior roles overseeing field service, logistics, or technical operations—ideally in the beverage industry—with a proven ability to manage fast-paced, multi-domain teams
• Skilled in asset/fleet tracking (GPS, RFID), dispatch and work order tools, and inventory/cost control systems. Familiarity with EOS/Traction is a bonus
• Strong grasp of budgets, P&L management, and profitability analysis to support operational decision-making and business growth
• Communicates clearly, leads by doing, and thrives in dynamic or post-merger environments where agility, accountability, and culture-building are critical
