We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and culturally attuned Director of Brand Marketing to

help shape how our brand shows up in the world, across content, community, and real-life

experiences. This role goes far beyond marketing. It’s about amplifying a mission, honoring

lived experiences, and building genuine connection through story, service, and strategy.

Your Impact

  • Brand Presence & Storytelling: Evolve and protect the integrity of our brand across channels. Ensure our voice, visuals, and messages reflect who we are and who we serve.
  • Mission-Driven Campaigns: Build campaigns that educate, uplift, and engage, from wellness education series to community-powered launches to collaborations rooted in impact.
  • Community Outreach & Events: Lead grassroots marketing and outreach efforts. Bring the brand to life through in-person activations, wellness pop-ups, and experiences that meet people where they are.
  • Influencer & Creator Programs: Expand our creator community with intention, center real voices and real stories. Manage relationships, content pipelines, and content performance with heart and clarity.
  • Organic Growth & Partnerships: Support and scale organic marketing initiatives including email, partnerships, content, and social. Prioritize trust, not just clicks.
  • Content & Creative Oversight: Collaborate with designers, writers, and editors to bring ideas to life across formats. Every asset should be rooted in purpose and clarity.
  • Strategic Reporting & Iteration: Own KPIs for organic engagement, influencer performance, and campaign reach. Use insights to continuously improve how we connect.

  • Know how to build brands through people-first content, community-centered campaigns, and mission-aligned partnerships.
  • Are energized by grassroots work and believe IRL impact matters just as much as digital reach.
  • Thrive in growing, fast-moving environments where resourcefulness and heart go hand in hand.
  • Have 3+ years of experience in brand, influencer, or social marketing, with a strong preference for DTC, wellness, beauty, or community-focused brands.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Chicago. You’ll be a key part of shaping how we

grow, not just as a brand, but as a movement.
