We’re partnering with a high growth beauty brand looking for an experienced Senior Community Manager to lead the strategy, growth, and engagement of a passionate, fast-growing brand community. This role blends relationship-building with strategic thinking—connecting with brand advocates, creators, and campus reps to inspire loyalty and drive authentic awareness.
You’ll oversee multiple community programs, mentor a small but mighty team, and work cross-functionally with marketing, influencer, social, and brand teams to ensure community voices are woven into key brand moments. From grassroots activations to high-impact partnerships, you’ll help shape how the brand shows up in real life and online.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and evolve community strategies that strengthen advocacy, retention, and brand love.
- Manage and coach a team to execute creative, high-touch programs that engage diverse audiences.
- Lead campus marketing initiatives, building a strong presence at priority universities.
- Oversee ambassador and creator relationships, ensuring tailored outreach and opportunities.
- Partner with marketing and creative teams to integrate community into campaigns, launches, and events.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, using insights to refine programs for scale and impact.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years in community, influencer, or brand marketing—ideally in beauty, lifestyle, or consumer products.
- At least 2 years managing direct reports with a proven record of building high-performing teams.
- A strong grasp of Gen Z trends, culture, and content.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
- A passion for turning customers into long-term brand advocates.
