Customer Success Specialist
Our client is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support the operational success of their customer programs across assigned locations. This is a field-based role that partners with customer teams to ensure smooth execution, strong performance, and an exceptional end-user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer teams to drive engagement and satisfaction
- Provide training and ongoing support to ensure operational excellence
- Monitor program performance, identify opportunities, and implement process improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across software, hardware, and service areas
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams in operations, marketing, finance, and quality
- Conduct business reviews and deliver insights to customers to drive growth and success
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and service standards across locations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
- Hands-on problem solver with the ability to work across multiple functions
- Experience in customer success, account management, operations, or field support roles
- Ability to analyze performance data and recommend solutions
- Comfortable working independently in the field and traveling as needed
