Responsibilities:

• Manage all sales orders (DTC, wholesale, broker) from receipt to delivery, ensuring OTIF compliance
• Oversee domestic outbound freight, troubleshoot shipping issues, and maintain accurate inventory/packaging compliance
• Build and manage relationships with 3PLs, carriers, and fulfillment partners while monitoring KPIs and SLAs
• Track and optimize freight costs, auditing invoices and reporting on performance metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and operations to support launches, system updates, and special projects

Candidate Profile:

• 2–4 years of experience in CPG within fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong knowledge of omni-channel logistics (brokers, retailers, Amazon, eCommerce) and 3PL management.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
