We’re working with a renowned and growing brewery and beverage manufacturer with a strong legacy, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for quality. They’re seeking a Senior Packaging Manager to lead their largest operations team and play a critical role in delivering high-performance results across safety, quality, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do
- Lead a high-performing packaging department and manage a team of supervisors and line staff
- Execute daily production plans across a variety of beverage products while ensuring quality and safety standards
- Monitor shift operations, review passdowns, and respond quickly to changes in production
- Troubleshoot and implement sustainable solutions using root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
- Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and help embed a lean mindset across the team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales & Ops Planning, Maintenance, and other departments
- Evaluate and improve onboarding, SOPs, preventative maintenance, changeovers, and capital projects
- Use data and KPIs to track productivity, quality, cost, and performance
- Ensure compliance with GMP and food safety standards, and support internal audits
- Build a positive, accountable team culture centered around development, performance, and fun
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in beverage/CPG manufacturing with strong packaging line experience
- 3–5 years in a team supervisory or management role
- Familiarity with depalletizers, fillers, seamers, and case packers
- Experience executing or managing lean manufacturing practices and CapEx projects
- Knowledge of OSHA and safety compliance in a manufacturing environment
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and ERP/MES systems
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or equivalent experience
- Strong communicator and hands-on leader with a passion for driving results
