The Opportunity
As Head of Sales, you’ll own the full customer journey—from acquisition to retention. You’ll lead our Sales, CX, and CS functions, build scalable systems, and partner cross-functionally to accelerate growth. This is a key leadership hire shaping our path to $100M+ in revenue from launch later this year.
Key Responsibilities
● Own and scale the full DTC sales funnel and CX/CS teams
● Set and manage to monthly/annual revenue goals and KPIs
● Build the customer journey from first click through post-purchase
● Use data to optimize acquisition, conversion, and retention
● Partner with Marketing on integrated campaigns and lifecycle strategies
● Implement best-in-class tools, CX automation, and upsell programs
Ideal Candidate
● Have 7–10+ years in DTC sales leadership, ideally at a high-growth, VC-backed brand
● Built or scaled teams and systems from early stages to $50M–$100M+
● Are customer-obsessed and analytical, with a growth and ownership mindset
● Thrive in fast-paced, in-office, results-driven environments
● Care deeply about health, wellness, and building something that matters
