** This is a remote position, with frequent travel to HQ in Wisconsin.

The Senior Director of Sales- Grocery will be responsible for:
● Minimum 70% travel to build and maintain strong client relationships, as well as provide market insights
● Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
● Leading and mentoring regional/national sales teams to drive high performance.
● Identifying new channel opportunities and customer segments.
● Collaborating with all respective cross-functional teams to align and execute go-to-market strategies.
● Manage our IBP Process and drive forecast performance
● Collaboratively manage customer requirements and rules of engagement
● Oversight in the deduction management process
● Recruiting, training, and developing sales talent to drive a performance-based sales culture 3.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
● 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a Director role or higher.
● Proven track record of building and scaling national brands and sales organizations.
● Private Label experience
● Strong leadership, communication, problem solving skills.
● Experience with building and managing CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
● Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
● Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth entrepreneurial environments
